With Coach Max Premium, your child enjoys new learning adventures every day. For $9.99/month, you get unlimited access to all activities, rewards, and new sessions—no hidden fees or surprises. Your subscription renews automatically, but you can cancel any time, no questions asked.
3. How do daily unlocks work?
Every morning at 6:00 AM, Coach Max unlocks a fresh set of 6 playful sessions for your child to explore. This helps keep learning exciting and supports a healthy, gentle daily routine. You don’t need to do anything—just open the app and start your day!
4. Do we have to play every day?
Not at all! Coach Max is designed for real family life. If you miss a day, everything stays unlocked and ready to go. Your child can always catch up whenever you have time—no stress, just happy learning!
5. What happens if we miss a day?
No worries! Nothing is ever lost or locked away. If your family takes a break, all previous days and activities stay available. Coach Max is about supporting your child’s curiosity at their own pace.
6. How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime—no hassle, no pressure. Just click the link in your Coach Max receipt email, or contact our friendly support team. Your child will still have full access until the end of the paid month.
7. Can I get a refund?
We want you to be completely happy! If Coach Max isn’t a great fit, just contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll provide a full refund—no questions asked.
8. How is my child’s data protected?
